About The Role:

As one of two House Managers at The Epsom Playhouse, you’ll be responsible for delivering a first class customer experience, whilst ensuring that a safe, healthy environment is maintained. You’ll be a key part of the Theatre’s operational and leadership team and will:

  • Manage and support a large team of volunteers and casual House Managers.
  • Work closely with the Box Office team and help develop the use of our ticketing system.
  • Adhere to health and safety, ensuring compliance to all regulatory requirements and lead on emergency and evacuation training.

  • Is comfortable working a varied shift pattern, including regular evenings and weekends.
