The Post‑CCT Fellow will support the consultant‑led Abdominal Wall Unit in delivering advanced elective hernia and abdominal wall reconstruction services across both sites. The role also involves participation in the emergency general surgery on‑call rota at St Helier Hospital.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outpatient clinics and theatre lists for the Abdominal Wall Unit.
  • Participate in MDT meetings and manage peri‑operative patient care.
  • Cover weekend, evening and overnight duties on the emergency general surgery rota.

Qualifications:

Surgeons from the UK or internationally who have recently completed or are nearing completion of higher surgical training (post‑CCT or equivalent).

Location: Both Epsom Hospital and St Helier Hospital.

Salary: £67,325 to £76,582 per annum (excluding LW), depending on experience.
