Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals is seeking a Rehabilitation Assistant to join the Sutton Health & Care Maximising Independence Service.

You will support clinicians to deliver rehabilitation in clinic, gym, or patient homes, and contribute to falls prevention and exercise classes.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to provide tailored programmes, equipment delivery and home-based care, with administrative duties as needed and a focus on patient-centered outcomes.
