The post holder will provide strategic, operational and professional leadership in relation to medicines optimisation to ensure the delivery of effective pharmacy support across all Medicine Division. To provide strategic, operational and professional leadership in relation to Medicine, promoting evidence-based, cost-effective use of medicines in the Trust.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage other pharmacy staff working in the Medicine Division to ensure service delivery to agreed standards in line with business planning requirements.
- Provide an advanced clinical service to patients as part of the team. This may include patient facing work in areas such as: Medicine and Renal.
- You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise your work.
