There is one post available. As it is rotational, you will be required to work cross-site. This post is on the progression pathway from band 4 to 5. We help support your development to reach band 5 level. The progression is not automatic but vacancy led. The post holder will spend four months in each area which includes working onwards in a medicine management capacity where you will carry out medicines reconciliations and work closely with the multidisciplinary team. You will also spend time in our in-patient/out-patient pharmacy, dispensing and counselling patients. The post includes participation in weekends (7 days), bank holidays and late duty rotas.
