Responsibilities
- Provide evidence‑based, high‑quality assessment and care to children and their families attending the Emergency Department.
- Supervise, support and educate other team members, including nursing and medical students.
- Develop and maintain advanced Emergency Nursing skills.
- Advise on health promotion and prevention of illness/injury.
- Advocate for children and families.
- Ensure safe and effective clinical practice and enhance patient experience.
- Ensure the promotion and implementation of trust policies and the effective delivery of organisational objectives.
