Surrey Downs Health and Care is seeking a Rehabilitation Assistant to join the busy Community Therapy Team within the Cobham and Oxshott Primary Care Network. You will work mainly with Physiotherapists, but will also work closely with OT and nursing staff, delivering rehabilitation in outpatient settings, patients' homes, or other community settings such as care homes.
