A part‑time opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Assistant to join the Gynaecology Outpatient Department in St. Helier Hospital. You will be working in the Women’s Health department supporting the team with various clinics such as Hysteroscopy, Colposcopy, and Urogynaecology.
Responsibilities
- Assist nurses, healthcare assistants, nurse associates and doctors during outpatient clinics.
- Provide patient‑centred, compassionate care at all times; advocate for patients.
- Ensure a safe environment and maintain patient privacy and dignity.
- Support emergency coverage in other Gynaecology outpatient areas, including Leatherhead Hospital, when required.
- Work Monday to Saturday with no night shifts, supporting the team under its own initiative.
