Would you like to be part of this exciting developing service? Come and join our expanding cardiology service. On our cardiology day ward, we currently perform coronary angioplasty, simple ablation, complex devices along with pacemakers. The role will include care before the procedures, recovering patients post procedure and working within the catheter lab itself.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre‑procedure care for patients in the day ward
- Assist with post‑procedure recovery and monitoring
- Work within the catheter lab performing coronary angioplasty, ablation, complex devices, and pacemaker procedures
- Follow strict WHO and LoccSip guidance, maintaining high safety standards for colleagues and patients
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience within an acute cardiology setting
- Enthusiastic to learn and develop new clinical skills
Training & Development
Training will be provided to support your Cath Lab/Cardiology career with specific competencies. You will be fully trained by our colleagues in St George's Hospital prior to working independently in our cath lab at Epsom.
