We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team . Gloucester Ward is a 18-bedded general acute respiratory and medicine ward, dedicated to providing the best possible care to patients.
You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, compassionate care to our patients, including assessment, planning, and delivery of treatments with safe and timely discharge. Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and respond to changes in condition. Support patients and families, work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, and contribute to quality improvement, audits, and mentoring of junior staff.

- Knowledge of current clinical and professional nursing issues relating to the specialty.
- Understanding of Clinical Audit & the principles of Clinical Governance
- Knowledge and experience of Clinical Audit and Clinical Governance.
Experience
- Good basic education and experience in the speciality.
