To work in all general areas of the department on a rotational basis, working within set clinical protocols and IRMER regulations ensuring a high quality and efficient Radiographic Service. To ensure consistency of medical imaging quality and standards of patient care in a wide range of clinical environments as well as to a diverse range of patient presentations.
St Helier Hospital has 3 CT scanners and 2 MRI scanners and Epsom have 2 CT scanners and 2 MRI scanners, US and DEXA equipment for all age groups, and a Paediatric service at St Helier for x-ray and dental x-ray. We also have very successful Nuclear Medicine, Fluoroscopy and Interventional Radiology services.

Learning & Development
Our department supports advanced practice where we have an established ultrasound training programme alongside radiographers trained in reporting. We are a teaching hospital and clinical placement centre for undergraduate students from Kingston University and all Radiographers are expected to contribute to the training of students.
Work Schedule
There is a 24-hour Accident & Emergency department at both St Helier and Epsom sites. You will be required to take part in the out of hours on-call service and extended days evenings and weekends to ensure we provide consistent care to our patients through 7 day working.
