Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals is seeking a Band 6 Junior Charge Nurse/Sister to join the Neonatal Services team at Epsom General Hospital. This role leads and delivers direct care to sick and preterm infants, supports the ward manager, and helps develop our integrated neonatal and transitional care model.
You will work across day, night, and weekend shifts, build family-centred care practices, and contribute to patient safety and staff coaching.
