We are looking for a new team member with excellent communication and motivational skills to join our busy Musculoskeletal (MSK) therapy department.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the MSK team to guide patients through individual exercise programmes, group sessions and classes, and assist with daily departmental tasks.
- Perform skilled support work to aid patient rehabilitation in both face‑to‑face and virtual sessions.
- Accept patients referred by a physiotherapist and manage your own caseload.
- Treat patients according to set treatment protocols, monitor progression and make minor adjustments to programmes as required.
- Work unsupervised, reporting patient progress and notifying the physiotherapist of any problems.
- Receive daily guidance and advice.
- Supervise exercise classes and facilitate patient participation in virtual classes.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support delivery of the MSK physiotherapy service.
