An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dietitian to join our team of Community Dietitians providing clinical services to adults in the London borough of Sutton. We are looking for an enthusiastic dietitian to work as part of the team delivering nutrition and dietetic care and advice to adults in the areas of nutrition support, home enteral feeding, gastrointestinal conditions and weight management.

We deliver our services across a range of settings including patients' homes, care homes and health centres. You will be based with the Community Dietetic team and will receive professional support and supervision. We support internal and external training and opportunities for CPD. We support student training by providing stage 1, 2 and 3 clinical placements. Part-time will be considered.

The post holder will provide holistic and person-centred nutrition care to all patients who access the service. They will assess and treat patients with a range of nutrition-related conditions in their own home, in care/residential or supported living homes or in a clinic setting.
