Perseid Schools are looking for a Highly specialist children’s Physiotherapist – Team lead to join the team via Bank for Epsom & St Helier Trust.
This is a full time & term-time, Monday - Friday role. The team are looking for the below skills & experience:
- - Significant post-registration Specialist paediatric physiotherapy experience, including working with children and young people with SEND and complex needs.
- - Experience undertaking CPIP assessments and supporting children and young people within education, community and clinical settings.
- - Skilled in evidence-based assessment, treatment planning, goal setting and outcome measurement.
- - Experience leading or developing services
- - Experience working effectively within multidisciplinary and multi-agency teams.
- - Knowledge of clinical governance, risk assessment, safeguarding and record keeping standards.
- - Experience delivering training and advice to families, carers, education staff and healthcare professionals.
- - Experience supervising and appraising staff.
- - Knowledge of therapeutic interventions, including postural management, orthotics, hydrotherapy, seating and specialist equipment.
- - Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
