We are seeking an Associate Director of Nursing to support for a 9-month fixed term period commencing Jan 2025.
As part of the senior leadership team this role will lead on initiatives and plans across a range of issues, particularly with respect to continuous improvement in patient care delivery pathways and clinical quality. They will provide assurance of proactive management of clinical and cost improvement plans, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to mitigate or respond to identified risks. They will be responsible for the delivery of a complex agenda which drives efficiency and quality initiatives across the partnership., Work in collaboration with the clinical service leads the Head of Nursing (Community) will provide senior nursing expertise that facilitates the effective deployment of the nursing workforce and secures high standards of nursing care and intervention. In conjunction with the colleagues this role will support, challenge and contribute to the performance review process.
Working within the Partnerships, ensure the delivery of key quality, performance and governance plans and work in collaboration with the Acute Divisional Teams to deliver on the Trust’s strategic direction, finance and business agenda.
Provide professional advice/expertise on all matters relating to professional nursing practice and service delivery within community services. Desirable criteria

Project management qualification, * Experience of managing services- Inc HR & Finance

Experience of implementing service change/reconfiguration and modernising services.

Substantial nurse management experience, including direct management of community teams.

Knowledge of the governance agenda and the role of CQC, NHSLA, NHS., You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
