Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at SHC which provide therapy services within Epsom and St Helier Hospital and the community in Sutton. SHC – At Home service works closely with Acute services at St Helier to provide a detailed service to mainly Sutton and Merton residents with rehabilitation needs. This post is currently under Sutton Health and Care mainly to cover community service but as a part of the team you will also get chance to spend time across various pathways within the team to enhance your learning: elderly rehabilitation, Acute medical unit, AnE/front door, Acute Frailty ward, home-based rehabilitation.
The post holder must participate in rostered weekend work within the team roster.
To provide a high standard physiotherapy service within the service.
