Weâre seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Manager (Accelerate) to play a pivotal role working on Epsilonâs Mid-Market Product Accelerate. This is a technical client-facing role in a team thatâs shaping the future of digital marketing, delivering tailored technical solutions for our clients across Europe.
This is a hybrid role based in our London office (4 days per week). As a key member of the EMEA Accelerate team, youâll become the regional guide on our suite of pioneering productsâsupporting clients, driving onboarding excellence, and collaborating across technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Accelerate products and be the âgo-toâ person in EMEA.
- Build strong and positive relationships with internal teams and customers within the EMEA region.
- Support client calls, demos, and technical support.
- Collaborate closely with Technical and Product teams to deliver the best tailored solution for our clientsâ problems.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise workload to ensure smooth launch of each campaign within set deadlines.
- Optimize and measure effectiveness of the onboarding process for new customers.
- Work closely with our Quality Assurance team to ensure quality is upheld across all work.
- Enable other teams to act more autonomously; support training material for Sales/Services and present these within the EMEA region.
- Be the point of contact in EMEA for client issues.
- Support, optimise and standardise workflows to increase efficiency.
- Provide insights on the EMEA market with regards to accountability and resource planning, including critical metrics, resource triggers, and weekly/QBP reporting.
Qualifications

- 1+ years creative/digital role experience
- 1+ years online marketing and tech experience
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS languages (ability to identify and construct CSS selectors)
- Strong communication and people skills
- A wizard of multitasking and working under pressure
- A good listener, great at taking notes, asking the right questions and actioning responses in a timely manner
- A demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
