This is a technical client-facing role in a team that’s shaping the future of digital marketing, delivering tailored technical solutions for our clients across Europe.

This is a hybrid role based in our London office (4 days per week). As a key member of the EMEA Accelerate team, you’ll become the regional guide on our suite of pioneering products—supporting clients, driving onboarding excellence, and collaborating across technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Accelerate products and be the “go-to” person in EMEA.
  • Build strong and positive relationships with internal teams and customers within the EMEA region.
  • Support client calls, demos, and technical support.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical and Product teams to deliver the best tailored solution for our clients’ problems.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise workload to ensure smooth launch of each campaign within set deadlines.
  • Optimize and measure effectiveness of the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Work closely with our Quality Assurance team to ensure quality is upheld across all work.
  • Enable other teams to act more autonomously; support training material for Sales/Services and present these within the EMEA region.
  • Be the point of contact in EMEA for client issues.
  • Support, optimise and standardise workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Provide insights on the EMEA market with regards to accountability and resource planning, including critical metrics, resource triggers, and weekly/QBP reporting.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring with you:

  • 1+ years creative/digital role experience
  • 1+ years online marketing and tech experience
  • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS languages (ability to identify and construct CSS selectors)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A wizard of multitasking and working under pressure
  • A good listener, great at taking notes, asking the right questions and actioning responses in a timely manner
  • A demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • A standout colleague—working together to deliver results is as important to us as it should be to you

Why you might stand out from other talent:

  • Regular Expression and JavaScript or TypeScript knowledge
  • Demonstrable interest in digital marketing and ad tech
  • An excellent team player
  • Ambition and a desire to learn
  • Curiosity and an aptitude for problem solving
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • A pro‑active, self‑starter that thrives in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, positive ‘can‑do’ attitude
  • You have a big team ethos but enjoy autonomy and seeing the results of your effort
  • You’re adaptable, and every day will provide a different challenge
