We are looking for a Senior professional in Programmatic to join our Media Delivery Team, reporting to the Senior Director of Media Delivery. As a Senior Programmatic Trader at Epsilon, you will be responsible for the implementation, optimization and performance of our clients' campaigns. You will collaborate with various teams including Media Development, Revenue, Account Managers, Technology and more. This is a hybrid role based in London (3 days per week).

What You’ll Achieve

  • Implementation of campaigns on programmatic buying platforms using a DSP or equivalent experience.
  • Troubleshooting of campaigns and related materials, technical resolution of problems and identification of optimization areas.
  • Daily monitoring of performance and control of investment consumption and budgets.
  • Collaboration with Sales teams in the design of the strategy and planning of the campaigns and associated audiences.
  • Close collaboration in data analysis, identification of trends and development of information to share with the team and provide recommendations.
  • Collaboration in the development and optimization of processes in the area.
  • Act as a point of contact with relevant technology and media providers.
  • Participate in the preparation and presentation of reports to internal and external clients.

Who You Are

What you’ll bring with you:

  • Experience in Media Delivery Specialist or Ad Operations positions in the digital marketing industry.
  • Experience in launching, improving, and reporting on campaigns developed in digital advertising Paid Media platforms (preferably programmatic purchase).
  • Knowledge about the AdTech ecosystem of digital advertising.
  • Ability to lead diversity of projects, clients and campaigns of various objectives simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to exceeding performance targets.
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented, excelling in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
