Epsilon is seeking a Senior Principal Architect to join our strong and steady Solutions Architecture team. The Senior Principal Architect’s primary mission will be supporting client and delivery teams to leverage the Epsilon PeopleCloud suite of products. The Senior Principal Architect will report to the Vice President, Enterprise Solution Architecture.
What You’ll Achieve
- Impact: You will be responsible for providing extensive experience and expertise using Epsilon’s PeopleCloud product suite as part of an Epsilon delivery team. You will demonstrate your leadership experience by providing technical expertise, personal initiative, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and proven leadership capabilities.
- Career Growth: If successful, the Senior Principal Architect may gain exposure to other clients where you can make the most impact. Also, you may have an opportunity to level up to a Manager or Advisor role helping to mentor more junior architects and hone your leadership skills.
Who You Are
What you’ll bring with you:
- Experience in development of web applications while leveraging experience with various content management platforms.
- Experience working with support teams and end users to determine whether a reported issue represents a defect or expected system behaviour. Will need to be able to thoroughly investigate such issues, will need to clearly and effectively convey the relevant information to the affected people, and will need to perform follow-up actions, as necessary, to correct software defects and/or modify associated documentation.
- Ability to lead Key Initiatives to advance product outreach capabilities.
- Experience leading teams of developers, mentoring and guiding more junior developers, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and taking responsibility for the quality and functionality of the deliverables is required.
- Proven expertise with the Customer and/or Messaging products is particularly important. Customer 2.0 expertise is highly preferred, but Customer 1.0 experience is required.
- Expertise with the underlying shared services (e.g. Data Hub, Connect, and CAB).
- Initiative: Active listening to challenges within product usage to recommend features for stream-lining onboarding activities.
- Problem Solving: Triage delivery-related issues to determine root cause and appropriately identify them as a bug or feature request.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with technical and non-technical associates to understand user and organizational needs.
- Organization: Maintain key relationships with multiple stakeholders across client delivery, product management, and engineering teams.
Why you might stand out from other talent:
- 10+ years’ experience developing consumer-facing Web Applications with solid experience working in .Net technologies and AWS Lambda.
- Microsoft Development Languages including C#, Visual Studio, and .NET Framework.
- Web Based Software Development with ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience building Web Services and REST APIs.
- Database Technologies: Oracle or other Relational DB familiarity.
- Strong skills in writing complex SQL against a relational database familiarity and background working with ticketing-based systems (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
- Experience with Databricks is very important, particularly as it pertains to functionality that is directly used in support of Customer and Foundations functionality.
- Previous experience in an agency or consulting environment.
