How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Programmatic Trader at Epsilon, you will be responsible for the implementation, optimisation and performance of our clients’ campaigns. The team handles multi‑million‑pound budgets, ensuring the right message is delivered to the right consumer at the right time. It is a hybrid role based in London (3 days per week).
What You’ll Achieve
- Oversee the targeting and media strategy of assigned advertiser accounts, inclusive of high‑profile clients.
- Deliver, analyse and optimise display, video, audio and CTV campaigns, combining data analysis, technical knowledge, client feedback and market understanding to meet our clients’ objectives.
- Serve as the interface between the technical and commercial worlds, building a close relationship with Client Development and Account Management teams and providing insight into campaign delivery and performance.
- Communicate internally and externally when required.
- Guide the team on our platforms and processes, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering to continually improve our platforms.
- Stay curious about industry developments, keep abreast of online marketing, and participate in knowledge sharing.
- Mentor new starters and contribute to team development.

Who You Are
- 1–2 years of DSP experience, preferably from an ad network or agency.
- Experience running multiple campaigns while meeting a variety of critical metrics.
- Understanding of forecasting processes and estimating campaign performance.
- Commitment to seeing things through and overcoming challenges.
- Demonstrable interest in digital marketing.
- Rounded understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and industry trends.
- Attention to detail.
- Ambition and desire to learn; numerate.
- Comfortable in an environment where analysing multiple metrics is essential.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Pro‑active, self‑starter thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
