Senior Client Services Manager at Epsilon responsible for client success across a diverse portfolio of high-profile brands. Reports to senior leadership and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital marketing strategies that maximise client revenue and align with omnichannel indicators. Shapes client strategies using Epsilon’s advanced digital marketing and MarTech solutions to create measurable value and develop client retention and growth. The role includes mentoring and coaching a team, collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver objective-based solutions. This is a hybrid role requiring you to be in our London office 3 days per week.
