How You\’ll Make an ImpactThe Client Engagement Manager at Epsilon coordinates client interactions and implements modern digital marketing strategies for Publicis brands. You will play a vital role in encouraging the growth, retention, and financial prosperity of Starcom and Publicis through delivering outstanding service and implementing key strategies. The role is highly collaborative, working with Publicis agencies as well as internal cross teams and alongside your client to deliver the best‐in‐class objective‐based solutions.
What You\’ll Achieve
Lead customer interactions as a Manager, building client relationships within our Audience Media team.
Assist and collaborate with our Client Engagement team to provide high‐quality solutions and services to our growing clientele at Starcom and Publicis.
Coordinate audience media business throughout Starcom and Publicis by developing connections, informing client teams, promoting products, and supporting existing accounts.
Access unlimited online training, workshops with industry specialists, and peer‐to‐peer learning.
Develop skills in Digital MarTech, project management, sales planning, client services, and strategic business planning, positioning you as a key contributor to Epsilon\’s success across Publicis and your professional development.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing with a passion for big data and technology.

Preferred experience: 3+ years of client services/sales/agency experience; interest in Adtech, Martech, SaaS; consultative problem‐solving and strategy development; continuous learning focus; adaptability in fast‐evolving digital media industry.
