As a Client Engagement Director at Epsilon, you will be the driving force behind leading the success and growth of our clients, whilst also championing your own team. As a member of senior leadership, you will collaborate with many other leaders in the business to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and drive continuous business growth. You will also be responsible for crafting team culture. You’ll lead the development of client strategies and strive to become their best partner. Use Epsilon’s advanced online marketing and MarTech solutions to develop measurable value and encourage client retention and growth.
