Job Location: 601 Edgewater Drive, Wakefield, MA 01880. Required to work from Company Office (Wakefield, MA) certain days per week. Telecommuting allowed for balance of week.

Job Type: Full Time

Rate of Pay: $110,976 - $116,524 per year. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.

Duties:

  • Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports.
  • Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources.
  • Manage analytic initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Provide clients and key stakeholders with actionable results and insights that help achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage data logistics including data transfers.
  • Understand data structures and business rules to enable project execution.
  • Conduct real analysis work, such as building analytics models, performing profiling analysis and implementing ANCOVA analysis.
  • Participate in internal meetings to review analytic results and discuss next steps.
  • Attend external client meetings to report status and present our analysis results.
  • Supervise offshore junior resources to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Review reports and provide Quality Control and Quality Assurance feedback.
  • Write and update project documentation to ensure all processes and results are accurately recorded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Participate in business strategy meetings to support data-driven decision-making for the clients.
  • Maintain client-facing status report to ensure it is up to date.

Requirements:

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related field and two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Position also requires two years of experience in each of the following:

  • Perform longitudinal and cross-sectional analysis using Python, SQL, SAS, and R.
  • Develop advanced marketing analytics models, including multi-channel attribution model.
  • Utilize Databricks to perform data analysis and manage data workflows.
  • Apply statistical techniques including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and ANOVA analysis.
  • Develop experimental design and A/B tests to help client design the campaign pilot.
  • Conduct campaign measurement report and generate insights.
  • Create comprehensive Excel reports and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Analyze healthcare data utilizing databases including Symphony and IQVIA.
  • Manipulate, extract, pull data and conduct exploratory data analysis.
  • Leverage Power BI and Tableau dashboard to monitor key performance indicators and present data trends.

Required to work from Company Office (Wakefield, MA) certain days per week. Telecommuting allowed for balance of week.
