Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-growth clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Develop tailored growth strategies and provide insightful advisory services.
- Contribute to the firm’s strategic goals by identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Oversee client deliverables, ensuring high standards and timely completion.
Essential Qualities and Experience
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA).
- Demonstrated experience in closely partnering with clients.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to craft strategic growth plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in cloud accounting systems.
- Proven ability to delegate effectively and manage challenging situations with diplomacy.
- A track record of successful direct client interaction.
