With a strong and growing client base, an ambitious culture and a clear commitment to its people. They want driven, detail‑oriented payroll professionals to grow with them.
The Role
Working as part of a dedicated payroll team, you will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time for a portfolio of clients. You will build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, handle day-to-day queries, and ensure full compliance with HMRC requirements and relevant legislation. No two days will be entirely the same, and you will have the backing of a specialist firm behind you.

- Submitting Real Time Information (RTI) to HMRC accurately and on time
- Managing new starters, leavers and mid-period changes
- Administering auto‑enrolment pension contributions and maintaining accurate records

- Staying up to date with changes in payroll legislation and HMRC requirements
- Collaborating with the wider accounts and advisory teams to ensure a seamless client experience
What We’re Looking For

- Highly accurate with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise with clients directly
- Self‑motivated and well‑organised, with the ability to manage your own workload remotely

- Autonomy to manage your own day
- Join one of the most ambitious accountancy firms in the region — a business with real momentum behind it
- Clear internal career pathways — this firm invests meaningfully in the progression of its people
- Collaborative, relationship‑driven culture where you are supported, not just managed
- A friendly, people‑first team that values quality of work and quality of life
- Exposure to a varied and interesting client base across multiple sectors
