We're recruiting a qualified Audit Senior for a well-established accountancy practice in Bedford. You'll take the lead on a varied portfolio of audit assignments, from planning right through to sign-off, and be the person managers rely on to keep jobs moving and clients happy. With a supportive team around you and genuine scope to progress, it's a role where your technical skills will be noticed.

What you'll be doing
- Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion, with review support from managers
- Supervising and developing junior team members on client jobs
- Reviewing working papers and drafting audit findings and financial statements
- Building strong working relationships with clients, on site and in the office
- Spotting issues early and communicating them clearly to managers and partners
What you'll bring
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Solid practice audit experience at senior level
- Sound technical knowledge of UK GAAP and ISAs
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, organised approach
- Good communication skills, with clients and colleagues alike
What's on offer
Up to £55,000 depending on experience, within a supportive, well-regarded local practice offering genuine progression.
