The Role

You’ll work as part of a collaborative audit team, supporting the delivery of high-quality audit assignments across a range of sectors, including owner-managed businesses, corporates, and not-for-profit organisations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with audit planning and fieldwork across multiple engagements
  • Performing audit testing and preparing working papers
  • Drafting statutory accounts under UK GAAP
  • Supporting audit seniors and managers on-site and remotely
  • Liaising with clients during audits and responding to queries
  • Identifying potential risk areas and escalating findings appropriately
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate

What You’ll Bring

  • ACA or ACCA part-qualified (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in external audit within UK practice
  • Good working knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards
