In this position, you'll manage and mentor junior team members while overseeing your own workload, billables, and budgets—making budget supervision essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audit planning and execution with the team.
- Finalise audit assignments and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare statutory accounts in accordance with UK GAAP (FRS 102).
- Communicate directly with clients to develop strategic solutions.
- Handle the preparation and auditing of consolidated accounts.
- Proactively monitor and manage assignment budgets.
- Supervise and train junior staff members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Minimum of three years' experience, with at least 60% of your role focused on audits.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in accounts preparation under UK GAAP.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with multiple accounting systems.
