The Role
The Audit and Accounts Director is to oversee a portfolio of clients across a diverse range of industries. The successful candidate will lead and manage audit assignments, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide high–quality advisory services. The candidate will also contribute to the firm’s growth strategy, identifying opportunities to expand services and enhance client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards.
- Managing and developing a team of auditors and accountants, fostering a high–performance culture.
