EPS Ltd is a family-run property maintenance business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality service to both domestic and commercial clients across the South West of England and Wales. As part of our growth, we’re launching a new division to focus on gas and plumbing services. We are looking for a Gas Engineer & Plumber to join our team and take an active role in steering the direction of this exciting new venture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct gas safety inspections and testing for both domestic and commercial premises
  • Install and maintain gas systems in both commercial and domestic properties
  • Carry out basic plumbing tasks, including bathroom installations, repairs, and maintenance
  • Ensure all work complies with current gas safety regulations, plumbing standards, and health & safety protocols
  • Provide clients with clear, professional communication regarding their gas and plumbing needs
  • Help shape and grow the new gas and plumbing division, driving it forward within the business

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant gas engineering qualifications (e.g., Gas Safe registered, ACS, or equivalent)
  • Competence in plumbing with proven experience in installing bathrooms and general plumbing maintenance
  • Proven experience in both domestic and commercial gas installations, servicing, and repairs
  • Knowledge of current gas safety regulations, plumbing standards, and health & safety procedures
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both with clients and within the team
