You'll take ownership of the audit process for a varied client portfolio, leading fieldwork and file reviews, keeping jobs on time and on budget, and being the trusted point of contact your clients rely on. You'll also mentor and line-manage junior colleagues, and get involved in winning new work through proposals and pitches.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the audit process and file reviews from planning through to completion
- Owning delivery for your portfolio — timescales, budgets and quality
- Being the day-to-day contact clients trust, providing a responsive, high-quality service
- Line-managing and developing junior members of the team
- Preparing proposals and presenting to prospective clients
- Making sure statutory and regulatory requirements are met across your work
What you'll bring:
- ACA or ACCA qualified, gained within practice
- A broad range of audit experience across small to large clients
- Confident applying FRS 102 and IFRS
- Experience managing a client portfolio
- Commercially minded, professional, and a strong communicator
What's on offer:
£60,000 – £75,000 depending on experience, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and a company pension. Office-based, with a clear path to progress in a supportive team.
