We're recruiting an Admin and Accounts Administrator for a growing finance business based in Ealing. It's a genuinely varied role, split roughly 50:50 between accounts administration and general office support, with some customer-facing work mixed in too. You'll help keep the finance side of the business running smoothly while also being a key point of contact for day-to-day office administration and customer queries.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting the finance team with day-to-day accounts administration β processing invoices, data entry and basic reconciliations
- Handling general office administration, including correspondence, diary support and keeping the office running smoothly
- Acting as a first point of contact for customer queries, by phone and email
- Maintaining accurate records across both finance and admin tasks
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative projects as they come up
What you'll bring
- Some experience in an accounts admin, finance admin or bookkeeping support role
- Comfortable with general office administration and juggling varied tasks
- A confident, friendly communication style β happy dealing with customers directly
- Good attention to detail and an organised approach
- Competent with Microsoft Office/Excel; exposure to accounting software is a bonus
