We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time role supporting both UK and US entities, ideal for maintaining accurate financial records for both UK and US companies.
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple entities
- Prepare and submit UK VAT returns and support US sales tax processes
- Manage payroll and employee expenses where required
- Work within our CRM and accounting system (Odoo) to manage financial data
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar finance role
- Strong understanding of UK bookkeeping and VAT
- Exposure to US accounting practices is desirable
- Strong Excel skills
- AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable
