eventFlow is a piece of proprietary technology that helps match home movers with services that might be of interest to them in a timely and relevant way. Each individual (buyers, sellers and tenants) can select the areas of interest and the system will automatically put them in touch with a shortlist of carefully selected suppliers at an appropriate time in their journey. Each agent can also select the services that they want to offer via an online dashboard, to ensure consistency with their brand and conserve any existing relationships.
We now require a Managing Director to manage and direct the eventFlow business division to achieve agreed strategic and financial objectives. The Managing Director will have primary strategic and day-to-day responsibility to include planning, implementing, managing and controlling all eventFlow activities.
The role will include:
- Setting the strategy and direction for eventFlow, continuously monitoring progress using agreed Key Performance Indicators.
- Planning, overseeing and measuring the effectiveness of operational procedures, finding ways to improve where possible.
- Building, developing and maintaining the team of people with the necessary skills to deliver the eventFlow vision.
- Building, nurturing and maintaining a network of supplier partners to provide services through the platform.
- Developing new business, ensuring the growth and progress of eventFlow.
- Developing and delivering the brand, contact and marketing strategy to engage both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Generating ideas for products, services and new ways of working, identifying problems, opportunities and solutions, bringing these to the PLC Board.
- Acting as the ambassador for eventFlow internally and externally; networking, attending conferences, meetings and events.
- Ensuring legal compliance in all operational activities, with particular regard to GDPR and AML.
The successful candidate will require solid experience in a similar role and be able to “hit the ground running”. You will also need proven leadership abilities, the ability to inspire and develop a team and prior experience with the housing market and estate agencies. In addition, you will require:
- Proven experience in building profitable partnerships with suppliers and external brands.
