An opportunity has arisen for a Studio Administrator to join and assist our Admin team leader in providing a first class, trusted and pro-active administrative support service. You will be involved in a host of activities, helping to make things happen and run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and coordinating orders for individual products and for packages
  • Collecting and reviewing content from agents within the deadline and making sure it is passed to the correct department for jobbing up
  • Answering telephone calls, dealing with inquiries and escalating where required
  • Managing customer expectations and communicating with key stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Filing
  • Proof reading
  • Maintenance of databases and records
  • Prioritising the workload to ensure service level agreements are met
  • New member packs
  • Associate certificates
  • Ordering and packaging stock orders
  • Checking invoices for Finance

Multi-skilling

  • Take responsibility for becoming proficient in all areas of the department, so team members can provide cover for each other
  • Take part in learning duties outside of the department so cover may be provided as required
  • Assist other areas of the business where required – may require travel to other Company locations on occasion

Continuing Personal Development

  • To proactively take part in encouraging a culture of team working and mutual support
  • Ensuring continuous professional development across the team
  • Regular one to one and performance and development review meetings with the Team Leader

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required

  • Good organisational skills, with high attention to detail
  • Strong team player, but equally good at taking initiative
  • Experience within the Property or Print industry
