As a customer support consultant, you will be helping new customers with post‑setup care. You will handle customer queries by phone, email and web chat, delivering an outstanding customer experience at every interaction. We are looking for confident communicators with a friendly attitude, ready to hit revenue and customer satisfaction targets. Staff coverage will span different countries (including the USA) with a rotating weekly shift pattern. Hours are 10:00 pm‑07:00 am or 11:00 pm‑08:00 am, with one shift every four Fridays and one shift every eight Saturdays.
