Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and driving commercial growth? We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Mid-Market team, taking ownership of a portfolio of customers ranging from Β£2m to Β£10m+ turnover. This is a sales role focused on retention, account growth and maximising customer value. You will be responsible for growing revenue across your portfolio through strategic account management, product adoption, upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You'll become a trusted commercial partner to your customers, understanding their business goals and helping them maximise the value of Epos Now's products and services.
What you'll be doing:
- Growing account revenue through upselling, cross-selling and product adoption
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Developing and maintaining strategic account plans
- Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Annual Reviews
- Driving adoption of Epos Now Payments and Embedded Finance products
- Identifying opportunities for customer growth and expansion
- Acting as the voice of the customer within Epos Now
- Maintaining accurate pipeline, account plans and customer activity within Salesforce
- Identifying and managing churn risks before they impact retention
- Working with Product, Service and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
What we're looking for:
- Proven sales experience is essential
- Experience managing customer relationships and growing accounts
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and forecasting activity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and account planning skills
- Self-motivated, resilient and target driven
