You’ll start your journey within the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, learning how to engage customers, generate revenue, and build strong commercial foundations. - Base salary: £26,436.80
- Uncapped commission from day one
- Average SDR earnings: circa £40,000 OTE
Your success directly impacts your earnings – there’s no ceiling. As a Junior Sales Executive (SDR), you’ll combine outstanding customer service with commercial awareness:
- Speaking with new customers via phone, email and web chat
- Identifying sales opportunities and generating revenue
- Building strong, meaningful customer relationships
- Working towards clear revenue and customer satisfaction targets
- Accurately updating all activity in the CRM system
- Delivering a world‑class customer experience every time
