We’re excited to launch a brand new role within the business – Field Sales Partnerships Consultant. This newly created position has been designed to strengthen our local merchant relationships, drive new business growth, and increase integrated payments adoption through a more hands‑on, field‑first approach. We’re looking for commercially driven, relationship‑focused people who enjoy being out in the field, building genuine connections, and creating opportunities through proactive sales activity.
About the role
You’ll take ownership of a defined territory, working directly with local businesses to identify opportunities, deliver face‑to‑face demos, and convert leads into long‑term customers. A major focus of the role is re‑engaging aged and unconverted opportunities, generating self‑sourced leads, and positioning integrated payments as a core part of every solution. Alongside winning new business, you’ll also play a part in supporting merchants through the early stages of their journey to help improve activation, engagement, and long‑term success.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and developing a local territory
- Re‑engaging aged and unconverted leads
- Winning new business through face‑to‑face meetings and demos
- Selling EPOS systems, integrated payments, and terminals
- Building a self‑generated pipeline through walk‑ins, referrals, networking, and local canvassing
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to Go Live support
- Working closely with Inside Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams
- Supporting merchants during onboarding to improve activation and retention
