We're looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our Mid-Market team, supporting a portfolio of established customers and helping them maximise the value they receive from Epos Now products and services.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience looking to develop their commercial skills and take the next step in their career. We're also open to individuals earlier in their career who can demonstrate strong sales ability, commercial awareness and a passion for delivering great customer experiences. 🌟


What you'll be doing πŸ‘‡


🀝 Building strong relationships with Mid-Market customers


πŸ“Š Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to understand customer goals, challenges and growth plans


πŸš€ Identifying opportunities to increase product adoption and grow account value


πŸ’³ Driving awareness and adoption of Epos Now Payments and Embedded Finance products


πŸ“ Creating and maintaining account plans for your customer portfolio


🎯 Supporting customer retention and revenue growth through proactive account management


πŸ“£ Capturing customer feedback and working with internal teams to improve the customer experience


πŸ“ˆ Maintaining accurate customer activity, account plans and opportunities within Salesforce
