We're looking for a Product Owner to take ownership of one of the most important parts of the customer journey: onboarding. From account creation and identity verification through to system configuration and activation, you'll help shape how merchants get up and running and realise value from day one.

You'll use customer insight, behavioural data and commercial thinking to identify friction points, prioritise improvements and deliver experiences that help merchants start trading faster.

  • Identify customer problems through research and data analysis
  • Validate solutions before development begins
  • Use Data to Guide Decisions
  • Monitor customer behaviour and conversion performance
  • Explore opportunities to automate and optimise journeys through AI and intelligent workflows
  • Continuously improve experiences across payments, identity verification, hardware setup and platform configuration

3+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role

  • Experience working in agile product environments
  • Ability to turn customer insight and data into clear product decisions
  • Experience working with identity verification, compliance or KYC processes
  • Ability to work with data and perform basic to intermediate SQL analysis
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and customer journey mapping
  • Experience writing PRDs, user stories and success metrics
  • Comfortable prioritising work using frameworks such as RICE or MoSCoW

Working alongside experienced product, engineering and commercial teams, you'll play a key role in shaping how customers experience the platform from their very first interaction.
