Epos Now is seeking a Debt Recovery Assistant to support our US-based customers from Norwich.
The role is full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 1:00pm–10:00pm UK time, with some weekend work.
You will manage debt, chase payments, and support with credit control tasks using Salesforce and Excel, ensuring accurate data and compliant processes while maintaining strong customer relations.
