The role involves being the primary point of contact for all Epoq clients, including review meetings, website change requests, helping clients increase usage of Epoq’s services, and ensuring client retention. Responsibilities include managing new customer onboarding, collaborating with clients on communications, managing client change requests, and dealing with operational issues.
Key tasks include:
- Acting as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships in all areas
- Using Epoq’s internal systems to facilitate activities
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Project managing the onboarding of new clients
- Arranging review calls with clients and producing reports
- Acting as a point of escalation for clients
