Purpose of the Job
To provide outstanding customer service across the organisation by delivering, and supporting colleagues to deliver, expert administration and advice relating to the onboarding of new customers to EPM HR, Payroll & Pension services whilst maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity.
To support the Implementation Manager with all confirmed new business and support the organisation’s new customer take on process in a timely and effective manner, adding value by providing a positive image of the organisation’s post-sales support services.
To support all HR and Payroll colleagues as required with new customer take on to ensure a seamless transition for new customers from the Implementation and Quality and Compliance team to their HR and Payroll teams.
You will be constantly striving to improve the efficiency and professionalism of working practices to meet the company’s objective of ‘clarity and consistency’ and working ‘smarter not harder’; to facilitate an increase in customer base whilst maintaining and improving customer service.
- Main Responsibilities/Duties of the Job
- 1.
Respond to a wide range of new business and customer enquiries, via telephone, ticketing platform, e‑mail or other mediums, in a professional manner; to ensure new and potential customers receive an efficient and responsive service.
- Ensure that the welcome processes are followed and that there is capacity to build relationships between EPM and the new customer, including welcome emails, conference call coordination and supporting any new customer queries that may arise.
- Ensure vital information is in place with the school e. g.
BACS set up and linked to EPM and all HR, payroll & Pensions information has been received and saved centrally into the on-boarding folders.
- Work with the new customers to ensure that the transfer spreadsheets are completed fully and accurately.
Have regular contact with customers and support them through this process whilst also working with the internal systems team to import the staffing data and complete initial checks once import has taken place.
- Set up customer data profiles within the database and import staffing information.
- Understand and set up customer payroll profiles including payroll schedules, payroll journals and pension information.
Ensure all exit data including bank details, year to date figures, tax codes and pension information is imported accurately prior to the first month’s payroll.
- Work closely with the Q&C, HR administration and Payroll/ Pensions teams to ensure that all required tasks are performed within all phases of the on-boarding, conversion and offboarding process.
- Ensure a full and thorough transition from the on-boarding team to the quality & compliance team and HR team is completed.
Following month 1, ensure that all information is passed across and up to date at the point of transfer.
- Provide support to internal teams by completing additional Navision and EPM Connect configuration for existing customers as required.
- Understand and configure additional module settings in EPM connect from month 2 liaising with the. customer to meet the configuration requirements.
