About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Implementation Administrator to join our team on a part time basis, based in Huntingdon. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, coordination, and supporting projects from start to finish. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation process, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and customers receive a high standard of service throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the implementation team with administrative tasks
  • Coordinating onboarding and implementation activities
  • Managing and updating internal systems and databases
  • Scheduling meetings, calls, and training sessions
  • Preparing documentation and reports
  • Communicating with internal departments and external clients
  • Monitoring progress of implementations and following up on actions
  • Ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date

About You

  • Previous administration experience preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
