Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies to enhance market growth and competitive positioning.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer insights to drive product development.
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, regulatory, and marketing teams to optimize product performance.

• Ensure compliance with European medical device regulations and industry standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of European medical device regulations (MDR) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
