EPM Scientific is working with an exciting global SME pharmaceutical company undergoing a significant growth phase. The company specializes in originator pharmaceuticals with commercial and advanced clinical stage specialty medicines.
To support their commercial activities, they seek a Commercial Operations & Distribution Specialist responsible for ensuring timely delivery of hospital and customer orders, accurate invoicing, and proper delivery procedures. The role involves being the first point of contact for customer queries and representing the business to external national and international clients. Additionally, the specialist will assist in delivering key financial and market access documents and support the smooth operation of the broader Commercial team.
Key tasks:
- Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Respond to queries related to invoicing and payments
- Follow up on payments according to the company's payment terms
- Maintain invoice tracking tools
- Support the preparation of briefs for third-party consultants and senior management
- Assist the Commercial Affairs Team with daily activities, including processing orders and managing the distribution process
- Support inventory and tracking tools maintenance
Key requirements:
