  • Build clear, partner‑ready scientific and commercial narratives from complex discovery and preclinical datasets.
  • Develop business cases and recommendations for leadership, including assumptions, risks and valuation inputs.
  • Lead cross‑functional diligence and coordinate internal stakeholders across research, technical development, clinical/regulatory inputs, operations and finance.

  • Represent the company at partnering events and conferences, building relationships across biopharma decision‑makers.
  • Contribute to broader BD strategy, ensuring alignment with portfolio priorities and platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in antibody drug discovery and preclinical development (target validation through optimisation / hit‑to‑lead).
  • Strong understanding of antibody modalities such as mAbs, bispecifics and ADCs.
  • Confident interpreting and communicating biological datasets (e.g., binding/functional performance, specificity, in vivo efficacy) in a way that resonates with external partners.
